What information do I need prior to calling for technical support?
Please have your serial number, job number, rectifier rating, and contact information handy. If you need to leave a message, please include as much of this information as possible so we can serve you more quickly.
How do I find my rectifier or transformer’s serial number?
Serial numbers are located on the rectifier’s nameplate. You may also locate the serial number in the title block of the system schematics or on the front page of your user manual. The serial number for a rectifier transformer can be found on a metal plate affixed to the top of the transformer. Stand alone transformers will have the serial number on the nameplate and on a metal plate affixed to the top of the transformer.
How do I find my sales order number?
Sales order numbers are located on the rectifier’s nameplate. You may also locate the sales order number in the title block of the system schematics or the front page of your user manual.
I need to order a user manual and schematics for my rectifier. How do I order these?

How do I calibrate my rectifier?
The calibration procedure is dependent on the particular electronics installed in the rectifier. Contact [email protected] for an electronics manual specific to your unit. These documents include information on adjustments and potentiometers to be adjusted at the board level.
