Jake is Director of Operations at Dynapower, where he leads manufacturing operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement. He works across the organization to strengthen execution and develop scalable operating systems.
He brings extensive leadership experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and global operations. Before joining Dynapower, he served as Managing Director of a manufacturing business with operations in the United States and Europe. He has led manufacturing expansions, factory startups, ERP implementations, supply chain transformations, and sales and operations planning initiatives.
Jake’s leadership approach centers on building strong teams, promoting performance visibility, and connecting strategic priorities with execution. He is passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Jake has a degree in Business from Vermont State University, graduating summa cum laude.
