As the Manager of Inventory Control, Jess is responsible for the stockroom and inventory team providing adequate stock for all distribution channels. She analyzes inventory control procedures and optimizes the thruput of material to meet customer demand.
Jess joined Dynapower in the summer of 2021 as Quality Product Specialist supporting both the manufacturing and supply chain team with material control and compliance. Later she assumed the role of Buyer and Supply Chain Analyst where she governed and reported all data and metrics involved in supply chain material movement.
Prior to Dynapower, Jess played crucial roles in warehouse development, contract reconciliation, and supply chain interventions in mass transportation companies, Wabtec Corporation and Bombardier Inc.
When not directing material flow and inventory control, Jess enjoys active hobbies such as pickleball, hiking, and trail walking with her dogs. During the summer you can find her barrel racing her horse “Amie” as different competitions across New England.
