As a 20‐year clean energy veteran, Chris is responsible for commercial and project management efforts for all clean energy segments at Dynapower, including renewable energy, microgrid, e‐mobility, and hydrogen.
Chris previously led business development in energy storage, where he was responsible for rolling out Dynapower’s Southern Asia partnership with Newen Systems, and positioning Dynapower as the leading power electronics provider for hybrid solar plus storage systems. He teamed with Dr. Somani, Dynapower’s Research & Development Lead, to bring the market-defining DC‐DC technology to life.
Chris entered the clean energy field as Policy Director for North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center. He also spent ten years with ABB in various roles in inverter design, R&D, and more.
Chris has a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from NC State and a degree in Economics with high honors from Princeton. He is on the boards of NC Green Power and the Princeton Alumni Schools Committee and is a thick-skinned member of the Burlington open water swim club. He and his wife split their time between Burlington, Vermont and North Carolina, where their two daughters go to school.
