Remington joined Dynapower in 2019 for the opportunity to grow Dynapower Aftermarket Service offerings and capabilities under Matthew Paul. After working together in the field with overlapping customer bases, and after three different requests to join Dynapower, Remington finally made the leap and moved to Vermont to work under Matthew as an In-House Repairs Supervisor.
Through the next few years, Remington was promoted to Field Service Supervisor, and then Aftermarket Services Manager. Remington has developed service offerings, training, and standardized product lines all under the pursuit of rapid customer delivery and challenging, rising industry demands. He and the Aftermarket Services Team have built an industry leading training and development program for new service hires, performing in the top 10% of nationwide technical service training benchmarks.
Remington has a Six Sigma Black Belt, an internal auditor certificate for ISO9001:2015, a lean manufacturing and lean service certificate, and a Quality Management degree, all of which he focuses on delivering better customer service and predictive analysis to his customer base. A nominee of the Product Finishing’s “40 under 40,” Remington is passionate about American manufacturing and surface finishing. He is Dynapower’s resident process expert for many DC rectifier applications such as anodizing, plating, and e-coat.
Remington moved back to Wisconsin in 2023 with his wife and daughter to better support remote service employees and our customers. He enjoys fishing and chainsaw carving in his free time.
